3) We’ll do a thorough investigation of price.  The first weapon in our arsenal is the proper pricing of your property.  We will do a thorough investigation of price, considering all factors both in your house, the recent sales and the competition to make sure that the price of your home is well positioned within the market.  We’ll stay on top of the market both as we prepare your home for sale and as it is being marketed to make sure that it is priced to attract the choicest buyers.

4)  We’ll keep you updated through the process.  We know the most stressful part of selling your home is not hearing anything.  We’ll keep you updated on what’s going on in the market, showings and showing feedback, open house activity and you will know immediately if there is something that needs to be addressed.

6)  We are by your side all the way to settlement.  From the moment you sign that contract, we are by your side to make sure your process to settlement is smooth and drama-free.  We are here to help you with getting home inspection repairs done, meeting inspectors and if we see any emerging issues, that you have a heads up and are ready to address them.
